H/T Steel Assembly, Welding and Straightening Integrated Machine

Overview：

Processing capacity: This integrated assembly, welding and straightening machine supports web height 200-1800 mm, web thickness 6-30 mm, flange width 200-800 mm, flange thickness 8-40 mm and workpiece length 6-15 m.

Features: For web thickness below 18 mm, no groove welding is required. It combines the work of a traditional assembling machine, gantry welder and straightener into one machine, enabling direct processing without arc-starting plates or tack-weld shaping. Both-side submerged arc welding and automatic model adjustment improve pass rate.

Applications: Suitable for efficient fabrication of H/T steel structural members.
